• Every file is encrypted the moment it arrives, each with its own key.
• Our support team's screens show only a document's name, number and expiry date, never the document itself.
• If you ever need support to look at your screen, you choose to allow it, it is time-limited, and documents stay blurred.
• Every time a file is uploaded, opened or downloaded, you can see it under Profile, Who opened my files.
• Our AI reads your documents only to do the work for you. It is never trained on them.
• Tender packs are deleted after the closing date. Only your checklist is kept.
• Download all your data, or close your account, any time.
